RMA Policy

Telco Systems Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedure explained below covers all requests via the internet, email, or fax for, warranty and non-warranty return and repair and advance replacement for "dead on arrival" products.

Any returns for repair must receive a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) prior to shipment. Please review the repair and return policy below, and complete the request form. Upon approval from our Customer Service Center, a RMA Number will be assigned within 1 business day of request.
